1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BlackCard app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. App Store Terms

These terms are in addition to the App Store terms of service. The App is licensed, not sold, to you by BlackCard for use strictly in accordance with these terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to download and use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. BlackCard contains simulated gambling content — no real money is involved at any time.

4. Virtual Currency

• BlackCard uses virtual chips for gameplay only. These chips have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual chips cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money or prizes.
• Any in-app purchases are for virtual currency only and are non-refundable once consumed.
• BlackCard reserves the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual currency at any time.

5. In-App Purchases

• Purchases are charged through your Apple ID account at confirmation.
• All sales of virtual currency are final and non-refundable.
• You can manage purchases through your App Store account settings.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the App
• Use third-party tools to manipulate game data or virtual currency
• Interfere with the App's security or functionality
• Transmit harmful code, malware, or spam through the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all its original content, design, features, and functionality are owned by BlackCard and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BlackCard does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlackCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
